Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of Bulkdozer (“the service”). By connecting a Xero organisation and using the service, you agree to them.

What Bulkdozer does

Bulkdozer lets you view and bulk-edit invoices and bills in the Xero organisations you connect. Changes are only written to Xero when you review them and choose to apply.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the changes you apply to your own Xero data. Always review the summary before applying — once applied, a change updates your real records in Xero. You must have the right to access and edit the organisations you connect, and you must use the service lawfully and in line with Xero’s own terms.

Relationship with Xero

Bulkdozer is an independent application. It is not provided, endorsed, or certified by Xero, and “Xero” is a trademark of its owner. Your use of Xero remains subject to your agreement with Xero.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, ideally with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for changes you choose to apply to your Xero data. Because every apply is shown for review first and recorded as a snapshot, you remain in control of what is written.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your organisations or deleting your account from the Organisations screen, or by removing Bulkdozer from within Xero. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Email adam@yesthats3dprinted.com.
